The Biennale Son emphasizes the growing role of sound in contemporary art, showcasing multidisciplinary works—installations, sculptures, films, performances, and even silent pieces where sound is implied. Held in Valais, it intersects heritage and innovation and highlights EDHEA’s Sound department, a pioneer in the field. The inaugural 2023 edition, curated by Christophe Fellay, Jean-Paul Felley, Luc Meier, and Sylvie Zavatta, was notable for its scale and diversity.
