Reciprocity was created to foster a shared reflection on the Just Transition through a multidisciplinary and generative approach, serving as inspiration for new models of relationship between local communities’ living heritage and collective well-being. The project addresses urgent issues such as public green care, co-housing, the right to housing, community practices, and urban policies for natural resource management, focusing on the cases of Turin and Malaga.
The project took place in Turin on Sept. 20 and 21 and in Malaga with a series of talks, creative workshops and artistic interventions aimed at creating a collective work curated by artist Eva Frapiccini: an installation that collected thoughts and requests for the future of co-housing with the natural environment, made on fabric and lending itself to traveling.
